Hudson City Antiques is owned and operated by George and Sandra Baker. The business began out of George’s former home in Jersey City Heights (once known as Hudson City). The New York City location opened in 2001 and expanded with a second shop in 2004.

George has a background in art history and is an avid collector himself. Sandra worked at Christie’s auction house before joining the shop fulltime.
